"Protect and Serve" me?

You wont believe what I saw today when I got off the bus on my way to college. An N.Y.P.D sedan. Just like in the movies. Cruising down some backstreets. I mean what are the chances? I didnt know their "Protect and Serve" motto extended to us here in London,UK.
