No... you're not misreading. That's an excerpt from one of the many news articles from The Chronicle of the Future[2]by The Sunday Times[3]. The site was set up in 1999 and tries to predict news items between 2000 and 2050. It's kindda funny though cos some of the predictions have already been proved wrong. Like the one about Christopher Reeve walking on 25.Mar.2002[4]. They've predicted when some celebrities are gonna die though... let's wait and see.
